Slice of Life for Jude and Jude

By sheer coincidence, both of our mums are Jude and Jude and we love it!

True gems, neither mind that we're pretty flighty, might call home at 3am with a story about a boy, laugh off when our Dad's share the Kiwi flavoured vodka or Bacardi Breezers around and have supported our MoHo dream because they know how much we need to bring it to the world to feel Ikigai every day.

To give back to these brilliant ladies on Mothers Day, we're thinking organic and are inspired by the beautiful Heston Blumenthal... one of THE best chefs and culinary alchemists in the world. His restaurant, The Fat Duck, gained Three Michelin stars in January 2004 and in 2005 received worldwide recognition for its unique approach to gastronomy and was proclaimed The Best Restaurant in the world by the "50 Best" Academy of over 600 international food critics, journalists and chefs.

As it gets colder in AUS and the UK is still chillin, we think this Poached Rhubarb and Yoghurt Mousse is a divine way to celebrate with our mumsies. Feel free to pinch this one for your mum too. x
