Its easy as ABC

I'm about to embark on an Q&A project with designers, musicians, architects and photographers from all over the world to find out exactly what makes them tick and what inspires them to do the things they do. It's a bit of a cleansing venture to help redefine my own focus as well as inspire others to find their creative side. Because creativity can come from anywhere - and the lucky ones discover it and nurture it from an early age. Those who dont, often end up back there, as you can see from this piece of design genius. The Lego Conference Table by ABCG Architects - designed for a slick arse operation (eg Boys and Girls Advertising Agency) in Dublin.
The 1.2 x 2.7m tabletop is made up of 22, 742 pieces of LEGO and covered in a 10mm thick sheet of toughened glass. The table has been built to allow for electro cords and access as per what you'd find in any boardroom around the world.
Sitting in a pure white room, the table speaks for itself and the only other white thing in the room - the "Boys and Girls" logo that have been built into the table - calls out nicely against the colourful blocks.
